T-Group Facilitation

 

T-Group facilitation (the “T” stands for training) is a high-impact, transformative methodology for in-the-moment learning. Participants gain awareness of how they impact and influence others. Participants also have the opportunity to experiment with new behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. T-Groups is used at Stanford Graduate School of Business in their popular elective course, Interpersonal Dynamics (also known as “Touchy Feely”), for over the past 50 years. Learn More
